Built an engineering intelligence platform over Azure DevOps and GitHub data, surfacing development velocity and bottlenecks. Pilot to 200+ users across the org.

Authored the PRD for an SDLC agent that drove 30% faster backlog creation across 12 teams, and built ROI models informing a $25M allocation.

AI product and adoption work across Fortune 100 clients and internal engagements in 50+ countries, including leading SAP implementation for oil and gas, and power and utilities clients. Secured $500K from national leadership for a change impact agent I pitched and specced.
